John S. Elder
John Elder is founding Partner of Family Office Advisors LLP, a consultancy which provides investment consulting and investment advisory services to family offices and regulated businesses, with a primary emphasis on their investment solutions and reporting.
In addition, he provides wider business consultancy to family businesses and serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director on a series of investment funds. He has over 30 years broadly
based financial services experience.
John is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
John was previously Managing Director, Multi Manager Solutions, EMEA, within the Global Family Office Group at Northern Trust, a director of the London and international office of BNY Mellon Family Office Services and prior to joining Mellon, established and ran the Investment Consulting Practice at Ernst & Young in London.
John is a member of the judging panel for the Private Asset Managers Awards (PAM) and chairs the Private Banking and Wealth Management Special Interest Group of the Financial Services Forum.
He is also a Court Assistant of the Worshipful Company of International Bankers.

Dr. Dorne Sowerby
Dr. Dorne Sowerby is an Entrepreneur, an Economist and a Finance professional who has some 25 years work experience.
Dr. Sowerby has a Bachelors degree in Economics, a Masters in Business, and a PhD in Economic Development. She has worked in Finance and as an Economist all her career, particular in client work relating to private banking and private equity. Dr. Sowerby has worked as a freelance journalist and economic analyst at The Economist (the Economist Intelligence Unit) and Euromonitor Consulting in the UK. Dr. Sowerby worked in project finance for many years, placing a total of over €1b. Sector focus has been in the extractive industries, renewable energy and property, where she structured deals by putting together various types of financial packages with investors. It is her success in Private Equity funding and her private banking expertise that resulted in her founding a family office. She runs SI Holdings Family Office, based in London.
Richa is Managing Director of Altamount Capital UK Ltd. Prior to this she was the Co- Founder and Executive Director, at Altamount Capital Management India where she was responsible for developing the offering for Altamount Capital which is India’s first independent and dedicated Multi Family Office.
Subsequently, her specific area of focus became the Investment Management Function. Her team was responsible for developing asset allocation strategies for clients, identifying asset managers and strategies across the different asset classes, evaluating private equity opportunities and delivering customized solutions that provide superior risk adjusted returns to the client portfolios.
Richa has won the prestigious Securities Institute Award in UK for the Investment Advice certification. She has a MBA in Marketing and International Finance from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (ranked amongst top 5). Richa is also actively involved in working with Altamount's Capital Management Foundation that supports various philanthropic foundations in India. Richa is an active commentator on the evolving concept of the Family Office space in India. Richa was named as one of ‘India’s most influential women in finance’ by Rediff.com in 2012. She has also been named in the Citywealth leaders list 2012, 2013 & 2014 complied by the prestigious Citywealth UK.

Patricia M. Armstrong
Pat is a Senior Director of Family Dynamics and Education at Abbot Downing.
Pat’s work with families focuses on growth and sustainability. Pat and her colleagues know first-hand the complexities that families of great wealth may face. They work to ask insightful questions, listen carefully, and help clients find clarity about their values and goals. Pat works with families on a variety of topics such as preparation of heirs, family governance, family business succession and family philanthropy.
Before assuming her current role at Abbot Downing, Pat was head of Family Dynamics at Wells Fargo Family Wealth. She was the human resources director for Wells Fargo’s Private Bank and held a series of management roles focused on developing talent since she joined Wells Fargo in 1990.
In her earliest professional life, Pat was an independent management consultant to family businesses and nonprofit organizations, a faculty member in psychology and a mental health program director.
Pat holds a doctorate degree in psychology from Southern Illinois. She earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Illinois Wesleyan University, where she also served as a university trustee. Pat received a certificate in executive coaching from Columbia University. She is a member of the Family Office Exchange (FOX), Family Firm Institute (FFI), the American Psychological Association (APA) and serves on the Advisory Board of the Global Family Office Community.

His historic positions include: Export Director at Thomas Goode & Company, Middle East Director at Edmiston, Senior Export Sales at Asprey, Middle East and Emerging Markets Director at Sotheby's. His responsibility for key client relationships and business development has given him unique and direct contact with well known business leaders, personalities, Royal Families and high net worth individuals. John currently works for a Middle Eastern Royal Family as Managing Director of the Private Office London and is also Head of VIP Client Relations at Holland & Holland.

Lynn sits on the board of the Global Family Office Community headquartered in London and is a member of the Board of Governors of the American Community School in Beirut, Lebanon. She is also a regular guest lecturer at the London Business School.
Prior to founding The Zovighian Partnership, Lynn was a private banker at Barclays Wealth & Investment Management, servicing family offices in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. She also worked with her father in his construction trading business, Sehnaoui Plant Group of Companies, where she turned around the business, introducing a new talent management platform and business development processes to the firm. Before this, Lynn was a strategic management consultant for Pictet & Cie and a consultant for the start-up team of The Boston Consulting Group Middle East, where she served as the Middle East knowledge expert for their private wealth management practice. Her consulting experience focused on governance, setting up family office platforms, as well as start-up and turnaround strategies.
Lynn has an MBA in Finance from London Business School and a BA and double minor in Political Studies, American Studies, and Islamic History.

Tatiana Alexandra Ward
Practitioner and thought leader on all issues relating to global environmental and social sustainability and impact. Tatiana spends the majority of her time in the Middle East but is often in Europe, Africa, Asia and North America.
Tatiana sits on various Boards and is passionate about childrens’ rights and gender empowerment, particularly in Africa, where she is actively engaged in charity work. Tatiana is also a co-founder of Women for Sustainable Finance, a rapidly expanding networking platform for professional women from a variety of backgrounds who share a passion for environmental stewardship, sustainability and human rights.
Prior to founding Rex Clement Capital, Tatiana spent 17 years at top tier private banks, in both London and Hong Kong, where she worked with multi jurisdictional institutional size individuals, families and family offices based in the GCC, Europe, the UK and latterly, Asia.
Paul Fleming is an internationally experienced, entrepreneurial business leader with expertise in the Banking, Wealth / Financial, Property and Professional Services sectors, and is Founder of Fleming Private Office.
