Bobby is a Chief Executive Officer with over 25 years experience at top tier investment banks & boutique investment & brokerage firms including Credit Suisse First Boston, Nomura, Credit Trade and private equity funds.

He has significant experience across multiple asset classes and instruments straddling both liquid and illiquid investment strategies and including hedge funds, private equity, real estate. venture capital funds, fintech, regtech, wealthtech & Credit Derivatives.

He has held a number of C-suite and senior roles including;

• Group CEO of Tower Gate Capital & MJH Fund Management, an award winning company. HFM Alt CreditIntelligence Best Risk Management 2016 & Best Independent Platform 2015 winners amongst others.
• Partner of Emvest, a Emerging Market private equity fund.
• Head of Portfolio Management for a UK family office.
• CEO and Founder of 1fs Wealth, a leading wealthtech company.

As an experienced investor he has advised many companies and has sat on the Board/Advisory Board/Investment Committees of a number of funds & companies.

He has extensive experience in managing funds in multiple jurisdictions including Luxembourg, Mauritius, Bermuda and sub Saharan Africa and consequently has an extensive international network at institutional, family office & HNWI level and a proven track record in turning around funds and companies.

He holds a BEng in Aeronautical Engineering and a MSI diploma specializing in Bond Markets, Futures & Options and Portfolio Mgmt.

Siv has been active within Global Family Office Community (GFOC) for almost 10 years.

He has spent the last 20 years supplying technology solutions to hedge funds, PE firms and family offices.

In April 2021 he joined Charles Square Limited who now work with over 260 firms predominantly alternative funds and family offices, most with a global presence of some description. They provide them with a single stop for all of their clients technology needs.

He is also a founder of The Mayfair Collective which is a network of trusted suppliers to family offices, UHNWs and Royal Families, they regularly meet up to help each other and deliver on the requirements of the families they work with.

Siv has been recognised by 2&20 as one of the top 100 most influential people in service provision for the investment space, two years in a row now among other accolades.

Okan Pulukcu is a technology leader, software architect and entrepreneur with 20+ years of experience in software development, enterprise architecture, system integration and digital transformation.

He is the Founder and Managing Director of Wodensoft, a UK-based technology company providing software development, IT consultancy, cloud, AI and integration services to clients across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

Throughout his career, Okan has working with leading organisations in telecoms, banking, energy and media, taking senior roles in software architecture, solution design, integration, DevOps, mobile applications and enterperise technology delivery.

This expertise includes AI-driven solutions, telecom and energy platforms, cloud architecture, system integration, business process automation, mobile and web applications, and bespoke software development.

As a member of the Operations, Data Management & Technology Expert Council, Okan contributes practical technology insight to support family offices, investors and business leaders in understanding how modern digital platforms, AI and data-driven systems can improve operational efficiency, decision-making and long-term business value.
